Panini

We've made many varities of paninis this year. The best usualy include
-pesto
-sauted onions (leave them on low for a while till they become sweet)
-cheese
-leftover meats (pork tenderoin, steak)
-spinach
-advocado
-olive oil

We use a Cuisinart Griddler Grill, Griddle & Panini Press
